Processing & Delivery Timelines
All orders require 1–2 business days for warehouse preparation before dispatch. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US for domestic U.S. delivery, and Australia Post / StarTrack for Australian delivery. The carrier is selected based on destination to optimize speed and reliability.

During public holidays, manufacturers and courier companies may restrict operations, which can affect shipping timelines. Any delays beyond our control will be addressed promptly by our customer service team.
Duties, Taxes & Customs (Australia)
For direct (B2C) customers: The price shown on the website is your final price. WenStorm covers all applicable Australian GST and import duties on your behalf — there are no additional charges at delivery.
For business (B2B) customers: GST and customs handling are discussed on a case-by-case basis. WenStorm can cover these costs, or your business can manage them directly — whichever arrangement works best for you. Contact us at contact@wenstormcharge.com to discuss your order.

Fulfillment & returns address: 1050 S Flower St, Unit 610, Los Angeles, CA 90015. All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles fulfillment center. If you need to return an item, please email us first at contact@wenstormcharge.com — we will confirm the return address before you ship anything back.
