For Airbnb hosts -- what's actually the best charger setup, and has it been worth it?
Hosts who've added EV charging -- what was the actual experience of picking a charger for this, cost-wise and hassle-wise? Trying to figure out if it's worth doing at all, and if so whether a simple portable setup is enough or if guests really expect something more permanent installed.
I put a Tesla Universal Wall Connector in a rental property with a locking cabinet over it. It's been working well. I wouldn't leave a portable unit out for guests. It will walk off eventually.
