See Tesla destination chargers at every hotel I stay at for work. They're always empty because I'm usually the only EV in the lot and it's not a Tesla. Meanwhile there's zero J-plug infrastructure at 4 of the 6 hotels my company books.
Is the adapter worth carrying, or are hotel Tesla destination chargers usually restricted to Tesla-only via app/account gating? Don't want to buy the adapter and then find out it just refuses to hand off power to a non-Tesla car.
Anyone actually pull this off at a hotel? Or a workplace destination charger?
